Do you know those jobs that just make you smile? This was one of those. A really fun fitness photography shoot right in the heart of London Town.
I’m a bit of a fitness fanatic myself. As I discovered more about them, Stretch Inc’s ethos of ‘move better, feel better & live better’ really resonated with me.
However, my first question on meeting founders & stretchologist extraordinaire Rachel & Steph was “what is a stretchologist & what is assisted stretching?”.
In their words:

They assist in getting deeper into positions than you may be able to go alone for more immediate results. They also offer expertise in the correct way to stretch, helping to avoid strain or injury.”
To help me understand what they do, Steph assisted me in stretching out my tight hamstrings. I’d actually run to our initial meeting so the stretching was very much needed & felt absolutely WONDERFUL!
Who are Stretch Inc.?
A young & innovative health & fitness business, Stretch Inc were growing & needed some new photography. They wanted it to show who they were, what they did & most importantly how they did it. Over the course of two shoots in their Brixton & Central London studios, we shot a range of images for use on their website, social media & marketing.
