To make it easy for you & your team, I come to you. I bring my pop-up headshot photography studio to your Croydon, London, Surrey or South East business premises.
All I need is a small space to set up & as I will be bringing lighting with me, daylight is not essential.
Photos of the whole team can be as formal or informal as you like & are a great way to show off the talent in your business in one image.

So you’ve decided it’s time to invest in your business & update your professional headshot… Now what?
Your business headshot should authentically represent who you are & resonate with your target audience. I don’t just take your photo, I create an image that truly reflects you & your business.
Before your headshot shoot begins, I take the time to learn about you, your business & the reason behind your new portrait. This helps me understand your goals & ensures that your headshot aligns with the image you want to project.
During a brief pre-shoot discussion, we’ll talk about the look you’re aiming for and the impression you want to make. This conversation is key to creating a headshot that not only looks great but also captures your personality.
I believe it’s important to build a connection with my clients before the shoot. Feeling comfortable with your photographer can ease any nerves you may have about being photographed. When you’re relaxed and at ease, it shows in your photos, resulting in a headshot that looks natural, confident & approachable.

What should I wear for my professional headshot?
This is SUCH a common question, I have written a whole post on what to wear for your business headshot.
How do I pose?
Rest assured, I’ll guide you every step of the way. I’ll show you how to stand to complement your figure, how to position your hands & where to direct your gaze for the most flattering facial expressions. I’ll help you convey confident & positive body language.

Where will the shoot take place?
All of my shoots are done at my client’s choice of location. I don’t have a permanent photography studio. Usually, for business headshot photos, this is at your office or workspace. Sometimes it could be at home or in the park.
Other options include cafes, hotels or shared workspaces, which may give a little more character to your photos. I may not have a permanent studio space, but I have all the equipment needed to pop my studio up in any location!

How long will my shoot last?
Depending on the package you choose, anything from 30 minutes upwards.
I recommend booking extra time in your schedule, especially before the shoot, so you have plenty of time to prepare yourself.
I always arrive a few minutes early & I do not clock-watch. Sometimes this may mean the shoot overruns by a few minutes.
How do I pay?
Payment is due before your shoot. Booking is done online. It’s easy & straightforward & to make your life easier, it takes mere moments to complete. You will receive proof of payment via email.
When will I see my photos?
You’ll receive a link to a private online gallery within two weeks of your shoot with instructions on selecting & downloading your chosen photos.
Can I buy more photos?
Absolutely! You can purchase additional photos through your online gallery. It’s easy to do. You can download them as soon as you have paid.

8 Quick tips to help you prepare for your headshot
1. Think about what you are wearing ahead of time. Solid colours look great for headshots.
2. Keep patterns on clothing simple & avoid large logos.
3. Bring a change of clothes to your Premium headshot shoot for a different look. Perhaps one smart & one casual look?
4. Don’t forget accessories – a scarf, hat, jewellery, tie, or jacket can instantly transform an outfit.
5. Make sure that ALL clothes are ironed & crease-free!
6. Bring a hairbrush & ladies, you may want some powder & lipstick so that you can retouch your makeup if needed.
7. Men, to avoid redness, don’t shave immediately before your shoot. Allow time for any irritation to disappear before you are photographed.
8. Relax & enjoy yourself! It’s not as scary as you think, I promise!
