Does your whole company need headshots? Or perhaps you want a photo of your whole team together.
To make it easy for you & your team I come to you. I bring my pop-up headshot photography studio to your Croydon, London Surrey or South East business premises.
For studio-style headshots, all I need is a small space (ideally a minimum of 3 x 4 metres) & as I will be bringing my own lighting, daylight is not essential.
Photos of the whole team photos can be as formal or informal as you like & are a great way to show off the talent in your business in one image.

So you’ve decided that it is time to invest in your business & update your professional headshot… Now what?
It’s important that your business headshot accurately represents who you are & that it appeals to your target market. I don’t simply ‘snap’ your photo, I want to create an image that truly reflects you & what you do.
To help me prepare for your headshot shoot – and before I pick up a camera – I like to find out a little bit about you, your business & the reason you want a new business portrait.
We will discuss exactly what you’re aiming for & how you want to come across in your business photos. To me, this short pre-shoot conversation is essential to achieving a great headshot.
I also like to get to know a little bit about you so that when I photograph you we’re not strangers. For many people, standing in front of the camera is an intimidating prospect. Familiarity with your photographer will help you relax & feel comfortable in front of the lens. Which in turn will be reflected in relaxed, comfortable & confident photos!

What should I wear?
This is SUCH a common question I have written a whole post on what to wear for your business headshot.
How do I stand?
Don’t worry, I will guide you through the whole process. I will show you how to stand to compliment your figure & what to do with your hands & feet. I’ll also tell you where to look to get the best facial expressions & help you pose with positive body language.

Where will the shoot take place?
All of my shoots are done at my client’s choice of location. I don’t have a permanent photography studio. Usually, for business headshot photos, this will be at your office or workspace. Sometimes it could be at home or in the park.
Other options include cafes, hotels or shared workspaces which may give a little more character to your photos. I may not have a permanent studio space but I have all the equipment needed to pop my studio up in any location!
If you are struggling to find a venue for your headshot photography, I can suggest a number of my favourite locations within Croydon, London, Surrey & the South East.
How long will my shoot last?
Depending on which package you choose, anything from 30 minutes upwards. I always suggest booking extra time in your own schedule, especially before the shoot, so that you have time to get yourself ready, brush your hair & check your make-up, etc. I arrive a few minutes early & I do not clock watch. Sometimes this may mean the shoot overruns by a few minutes.
How do I pay?
Payment is due before your shoot. The whole booking process is completed online. It’s easy & straightforward & to make your life easier it takes moments to do. You will receive proof of payment via email.
When will I see my photos?
You’ll receive a link to a private online gallery within two weeks of your shoot with instructions on selecting & downloading your chosen photos ready to be used on your website & social media profiles.
Can I buy more photos?
Yes! If you want to purchase any additional photos on top of those included in your package, you can do this through your online gallery. It’s easy to do & you can download them as soon as you have paid.
Can you recommend someone to do my hair & make up?
Yes, I can! Her name is Victoria Chainey & she is fabulous!

8 Quick tips to help you prepare for your headshot
1. Think about what you are wearing ahead of time. Solid colours look great for headshots.
2. Keep patterns on clothing simple & avoid large logos.
3. Bring a change of clothes to your Premium headshot shoot for a different look. Perhaps one smart & one casual look?
4. Don’t forget accessories – a scarf, piece of jewellery, tie or jacket can instantly transform an outfit.
5. Make sure that ALL clothes are ironed & crease-free!
6. Bring a hairbrush with you & ladies you may want to bring some powder & lipstick so that you can retouch your makeup if needed.
7. Men, to avoid redness don’t shave immediately before your shoot. Allow time for any irritation to disappear before you are photographed.
8. Relax & enjoy yourself! It’s not as scary as you think, I promise!
